One-on-one and team coaching | Leadership development and process facilitation

Two things hold many people back: (1) We’re not clear on what we should do; (2) We know what we should do, but we don’t do it. As a certified executive coach, I get a lot of joy from helping people with both of those things.

I may be a good coach for you if your goals fall into any of these categories: confidently navigating change (in your personal or professional life), improving how you lead people (first time managers, or business owners needing to level up hiring & team leadership), and growing resilience (working hard without burning out; wanting better work-life harmony). Executive coaching as a method can support a very wide range of goals, but my own experience and preference is to work with leaders who fit one of those three profiles.

Your investment: $1,000 / month, with a 6 month minimum commitment, billed 50% up front and 50% after the middle of the series

This gets you:

  • 2 conversations per month, + availability in between sessions

  • 360 assessment with interviews and/or onsite or Zoom shadowing, with a report and debrief by me

  • access to resources I’ve created & book recommendations as appropriate
